Powering Ghana's largest affordable housing rollout
Amasaman Affordable Housing Programme
When a consortium of developers broke ground on one of Greater Accra's most ambitious housing schemes, they needed site tools that could survive relentless daily use across a five-hectare worksite. Builders of Africa supplied its heavy-duty steel-tray wheelbarrows, forged shovels and deep-well headpans on a phased delivery schedule.
Two years in, less than 2% of the fleet has required replacement — keeping crews moving and the programme on schedule through every construction phase.

“We've worked with a lot of suppliers, but Builders of Africa is the one whose wheelbarrows are still standing at the end of the job. Their reliability is now part of how we plan every site.”
